Our dream holiday apartment is located in the Residenza Plaz, a residential complex on the sunny southwest slope of Bivio. A sloping lift conveniently takes you to the fifth level, where the 2.5-room holiday apartment (approximately 55 m²) is situated, accommodating 2 to 4 people.

Amenities
The apartment features a newly renovated, fully equipped open kitchen with a glass-ceramic stove, oven, dishwasher, and capsule coffee machine (Nespresso). It also includes a dining area, a living room, and one bedroom with a French bed (2x 70×200) and a bunk bed (90×200). Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower/toilet and a sunny terrace.

Your car can be parked conveniently in the allocated, numbered parking space in the underground garage. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

The building also includes an indoor swimming pool, with operating hours and fees as listed on the Residenza Plaz website. Please note that the pool is not available during house closures.

This is a non-smoking apartment, and smoking is not permitted. Pets are not allowed.
