Dear guests, welcome to Bivio! We’re thrilled to have you here. Our cozy apartment awaits you on the 5th floor, apartment number 17. The parking space is conveniently located in the underground garage, parking space 17 (we made sure to keep it easy for you!).

We hope you’ll enjoy your stay in our super cozy apartment. Treat it as if it were your own (we’ll be sending you virtual hugs in advance for taking care of it 😊).

And now, a few little things to help us keep the place in tip-top shape:

Bathroom and Bedroom Freshness: Open the windows a few times a day—especially in the bathroom and bedroom. It’s a simple way to keep the air fresh and the vibes great!
Energy Heroes: Help us reduce energy consumption by keeping the heating at a moderate level. We want to keep Bivio warm, but let’s not heat up the entire Alps, shall we?
Trash Talk: Got garbage, empty bottles, or other little bits to get rid of? No worries! You’ll find a special spot in the underground at -1 for all your trashy treasures. We ask you to keep the space clean and respect the building and other guests. Let’s keep Bivio sparkling, one empty bottle at a time!

Time to Check Out! (Before 10:30 AM, please!)

Fridge finale: Clear out the fridge and give it a little nap by turning it off. It deserves a break!
Beds: Kindly remove the bed linens and leave them in a pile on the beds.
Rubbish roundup: Take all the trash to the 1st floor—your future self will thank you for it.
Heater hibernation: Turn off those heaters and lights, and let them rest until next time
Apartment cleanup: Leave the apartment sparkling clean. (If you spot a dust bunny, give it a gentle goodbye.)
Dishwasher duty: Empty that dishwasher like a pro—don’t leave any surprises behind!
Key in the safe: Pop the key back in the key safe. It’s the final step in your journey—make it count!
Last check: Make sure you didn’t forget anything—especially under the bed! We’ve found all kinds of treasures hiding there.
